In general, except during the high season, you can arrive and depart any day of the week. The time for arrival is from 16.00 onwards and the time of departure is before 09.30. These schedules can be flexible and can be adapted to each client, as long as they have been notified in advance and agreed with our agency.
The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are for the maximum number of people indicated in the announcement and in no case may the accommodation be occupied with more than the maximum number of people indicated.
Information about additional extras
All additional extras are mentioned on the booking form.
If applicable, the heating and air conditioning costs are automatically calculated and shown on the booking form.
Bringing a pet is only allowed with the explicit permission of the owner. A pet fee will be charged.
In the total price of the rental (the one indicated in the reservation form there is included:
Cleaning services, bed linen and towels.
Gas and electricity costs, except for optional heating and air-conditioning costs.
Reception service.

The standard equipment of each holiday accommodation includes:
Inside: Completely furnished, fridge, oven or electric grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and blender.
Outside: Garden furniture and deckchairs (not always for apartments or houses without gardens).
A security deposit is required to rent accommodation. The amount depends on the accommodation rented and is indicated on the booking form.
All payments due at the time of arrival can be made in cash or by credit card. Checks are NOT accepted.
